Introduction
- These terms and conditions govern your use of the Et Voila! Delicacy] website and your purchase of cakes and related products from us.

- Orders and Contracts
All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
A contract between us is formed when we accept your order and send you a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, variations may occur.
Allergy information is provided on our website. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order.
We cannot guarantee that any products are completely free from any specific allergen.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
For custom cake orders, deposit of 30% is required at the time of placing your order. Full payment is also accepted at this time.
We accept card payments or cash on delivery/collection
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
4. Delivery and Collection
Delivery or collection dates are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
Instructions for cake storage will be provided with delivery/collection.
Once a cake has been delivered or collected, the responsibility of the cake moves to the customer.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Because of the time and resources used to create custom cakes, the following cancellation policy is in place:
The 30% non-refundable deposit secures your order and is forfeited upon cancellation.
Cancellations received at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery/collection date will receive a refund of the deposit.
Any specialised decorations or toppers that have already been created will be charged for, regardless of the time of cancellation.
Refunds are at our discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements.
We take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.
We will not be held liable for any allergic reactions.
7. Cake Storage & Transportation
To keep your cake looking and tasting its best, here are a few tips:
Storage
• All cakes must be stored in the fridge.
• Remove the cake from the fridge 15–20 minutes before serving to allow the flavours and textures to shine.
• Keep your cake in the original box to protect it from moisture and strong odours.
• Shelf life: Most cakes are best enjoyed within 72 hours
Transportation
• Keep your cake flat during transport – ideally on the floor of the car (not the seat) or carboot.
• Avoid direct sunlight or leaving it in a hot car.
• Drive carefully, cakes are delicate works of art!
• Once at your destination, refrigerate the cake until ready to serve.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website is our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
